After-School All-Stars is a charity founded by Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger almost 25 years ago, to provide comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school. Dr Robert Goldman joined these efforts years ago as a strong annual contributor – Every year, thousands of people descend upon Columbus, Ohio for the Arnold Sports Festival, which draws 200,000+ participants in over 70 different sports competitions and over 20,000 athletes, which is double the size of the Olympic Games. What most people do not know, is that the festival weekend also helps After-School All-Stars Ohio. Funds are raised annually at a Celebrity star studded event, with all going to the needy children of Ohio. Over 200 guests attended the 2017 ASAS Ohio’s annual fundraiser, joining Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger for great food, cigars, and mingling with Gov. Schwarzenegger, Gov. John Kasich, as well as inductees into the International Sports Hall of Fame (ISHOF), an organization founded by Dr Robert Goldman, that recognizes some of the world’s greatest sports legends who also give back to society.
